Spinal Injury Repair 'Negligence' Ends in $15.5 Million Verdict

A Florida jury has determined that failure to correctly diagnose and subsequently treat a post-accident spinal cord injury resulted in permanent paralysis, and has awarded $15.5 million in damages.
