Even an Hour's Walk a Week Lowers Risk in Type 2 Diabetes

Leisure time activity equivalent to less than 1.5 hours' walking time per week may be enough to substantially reduce the risk for neuropathy and nephropathy in type 2 diabetes, say Danish researchers.
